Alex celedon

Founder - Head Coach

Coach Alex is the founder and head coach of the program. He believes basketball is a discipline, not just a game. It is a tool for building confidence, accountability, and leadership that extends beyond the court.

The program was built to develop serious athletes through high level training and intentional competition. The focus is on fundamentals, basketball IQ, work ethic, and mental toughness in an environment where standards are clear and effort is required.

Coach Alex does not believe in shortcuts. Every practice, workout, and game has purpose. Players are coached, corrected, and pushed because development demands discipline and consistency.

His approach meets athletes where they are and prepares them to compete, lead, and earn results.

4th Grade Boys Elite Team

Our 4th grade travel team is a perfect example of what happens when commitment, coaching, and buy-in come together. In their first year playing together, this group finished the preseason undefeated and went on to win the Winter League Championship, an incredible accomplishment for a brand-new team.

Their success didn’t stop on the court. Through their work ethic, growth, and performance, the team earned a shoe partnership, recognizing the level of basketball they’ve already begun to play at such a young age.

This group sets the standard for our program. Competitive, disciplined, and driven to improve every time they step on the floor. And this is only the beginning.
